Contingency Recruitment

This is an ongoing recruitment & placement activity to client organizations.  We do a search for candidates through our internal, extensive and robust search engine Hire Craft, referrals and marketing activities. Resulting from the search, candidates with the right skill, knowledge, experience and attitude are short listed. Details about the position and client’s interest are then discussed with the short listed candidates further to which, an interview is organized between the candidate and the client, to take the position forward.

Recruitment Process Outsourcing

We manage the entire recruiting/ hiring process from job profiling through the on-boarding of the new hire, including staff, technology, method and reporting for a client organization. A properly managed RPO will improve a company's time to hire, increase the quality of the candidate pool, provide verifiable metrics, reduce cost and improve governmental compliance.

Retained Executive Search

We would take on specific executive search assignments at Top-level management based on a thorough understanding of the job specifications, organization culture and other critical attributes required for the specific position. These assignments would be handled by our Executive search team with excellent network and experience to look for the right candidates for any given role. Our search team would specifically head hunt profiles and submit the same to the Organization after preliminary interviews. We will give referral checks with detailed comments on the candidates’ profiles and maintain contact with the candidate/s till such time that they join duty.

Advertised Selection

We would take on specific advertised positions based on the urgency of the job and provide back-end resources for

  • Co-ordination for advertisement approval
  • Release of advertisement
  • Short-listing the resumes
  • Conducting preliminary interviews
  • Co-ordinate final interviews
  • Follow up on joining.

Provide a structured MIS report on candidates based on resumes received, accepted, rejected and joined. However, this would be for specific positions and not for mass recruitment on a large scale. For advertised positions the cost of the advertisement will be borne upfront by the client.
